Description

This webinar will focus on new neuromodulator injection patterns for the upper face based on learnings from recent publications that focus on injection techniques, anatomy, and clinical assessment. It will start with a summary of key, clinically impactful concepts from the publication, followed by an expert panel discussion of the publication, its relationship to other literature, and how it will change your upper face neuromodulator injection techniques.

Learning Objectives

Following this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Apply new neuromodulator injection patterns for the upper face to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Outline recent advancements in our understanding of clinically relevant anatomy of the muscles of upper facial expression.
  • Perform advanced assessments of the upper face so as to better inform neuromodulator injection techniques.

Vince Bertucci, MD, FRCPC

Dr. Bertucci is a board-certified dermatologist in private practice in Toronto and is Co-Director of the University of Toronto's Cosmetic Laser Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery fellowship program. He is globally recognized as an expert injector and teacher, renowned for his refined techniques. Dr. Bertucci is currently the President of the ASDS.



Brian Biesman, MD, FACS
Faculty /  Panelist

Dr. Biesman is renowned oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and minimally invasive rejuvenation with fillers and neuromodulators. He is in private practice in Nashville, where he is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.


Rebecca Fitzgerald, MD
Faculty / Panelist

Dr. Fitzgerald is a board-certified dermatologist in private practice in Los Angeles and is a recognized expert in cosmetic injectables, including fillers and neuromodulators. A highly sought-after teacher and speaker, Dr. Fitzgerald lectures on the national and international stage.


Nowell Solish, MD, FRCPC
Faculty / Panelist

Dr. Solish is in private practice Toronto and is an Associate Professor at The University of Toronto, as well as the director of Mohs surgery at Women's College Hospital. He is a recognized expert in cosmetic dermatology and known for his work with neuromodulators and the cosmetic injectables.
